Dear Diary:-
I am in soaring and jubilant spirits today. Well, I am back from my granny’s home after spending a few days of the vacation. I always love to go to my granny’s village in Himachal Pradesh. It is a sylvan spot of elysian beauty.
The rustic villa is on the top of the hill.

▪The temperature is always pleasantly cool. All around are terraced fields where pure natural vegetables grow. Beyond the fields are natural forests. The source of water is a stream.
I reached my granny’s place on May 15, 2018. I enjoyed living in pure nature.

▪Every morning I went to the stream to fetch pure water for drinking and cooking.
My granny cooked the most scrumptious dishes for me as long as I stayed there. I enjoyed the scenic beauty there.

▪At times the hill top got surrounded by pure white clouds. I just loved to be in that heavenly hamlet.

Answer:

Places I Visited During Summer Vacation

This summer vacation I chased my travelling dreams. I visited many places with my parents. The first place that I visited was Dalhousie. It is a beautiful, sylvan hill station near Chamba. We reached in the evening and had to struggle a bit to find a hotel as all hotels were occupied owing to the rush season. The evening was pleasantly cool. The view from the hotel room window was pure nature. I sat in the balcony and enjoyed the beauty of nature for hours. I felt so good in the lap of pure nature. I saw exquisite birds and was thrilled to hear their melodious warbling.

Next morning I visited Khajjiar, a place of indescribable scenic beauty. Around this place I saw some pristine forests. I felt so good. From here I saw snowcapped Pir Panjal range and asked my dad to drive close to them. My dad then drove us to Bharmour, a beautiful town surrounded by tall rugged Himalayan peaks that remain covered in pure white snow throughout the year. On the way we passed some very deep ravines and passes. Most of the drive was along the river, Ravi. On reaching Bharmour we found it infinitely more beautiful than what we had imagined. The temperature was so low that we felt we must have brought some warm clothes. We visited Chaurasi Temples. I felt as if I was in heaven of pure natural beauty. I felt a divine elation in my heart as long as I stayed there. Next day we drove back to my home city.

This summer was exceptionally special and will always remain unforgettable. :)

hope this helps you!!!   :)
