laws are the rules which should be followed by everyone inside the country whereas constitutions are the basic guidelines which provide how a country should be run it also include how to change a law

the Constitution is the supreme law of the land and it does 3 functions:

1. it creates a govt. the framework or structure of a govt.

2. it provides the power to a govt. created, so that it can make laws;can implement the laws that are made and can resolve the conflicts in the interpretation of the law when conflicts arises.

3. it limits these powers provided to the government....

the law on the other hand is a set of statues,acts,decrees and orders regulating the actions and activities of the citizens and persons within the country's territories.....

the laws are implemented by the executive branch or any of it's instrumentalists....
