Sometimes when we buy any medicine or any other food product they give us expired product.

When we buy fruits and vegetable the fruits which we have selected they are not giving that but another packets.

When we buy a product by sellers on street they give us defected product.

There are many ways to be cheated to a consumer by a shopkeeper or trader or we can say products-

1)false claims by the companies
2)delivery of defective products by e-commerce companies
3)lack of information on the product pack.
4)selling of products that are not being certified by higher authorities.
