As you can see the complex is [Co(NH3)4Cl2]+ which follows the standard form of [MA4B2]. Now, from the chart itself, it can be depicted that it follows geometrical isomerism. There are two isomers of it as drawn in the image attached by me. The first diagram is of cis-isomer and the second one is of trans-isomer.
