 =  \frac{ {2}^{3} }{ {2}^{2}  -  {5}^{2} }

 =  \frac{2 \times 2 \times 2}{(2 \times 2) - (5 \times 5)}

 =  \frac{8}{4 - 25}

 =  \frac{8}{ - 21}

 =  - 0.38
