Answer:

Conduct a search or view images of another image group.

Select images by clicking on the thumbnails (framed in orange). To select all images on page, go to the "Organize" menu bar item or right clicking anywhere on thumbnail page.

To save selected images to a group, from the Organize menu bar item or by right clicking, choose to save selected images to a new image group, an existing image group, or a recently opened image group.

To create an image group select My Work Folder or other folder in which to create the group, enter an image group name in the box provided (avoid using diacritics and symbols, such as: é è à ê â û ë ï ' " ( ) [ ] ? / \ < > + = # % , . ; : ! ?), or opt to append or overwrite images in an existing group. Click "Save" or "Save and Open" (optionally, check "Open group in separate window" box). A message in red will scroll across the top of the window to notify you that the selected images were saved to a new group.

To append to or overwrite an existing group, open a folder (double-click or click on the + sign next to a folder), then click on the image group you wish to append (add) or overwrite (replace) images, and save. When overwriting a group, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to overwrite this image group; once overwritten, it cannot be recovered.
