Take a big bowl and put noodles in it ( how much you require). Wash the noodles nicely and boil it. Take a pan and heat oil. Take vegetables and chopp it like carrots, Capsicum, cabbage as you wish. Add chopped vegetables in pan. Add spices like garam masala. Add soya sauce ( if you want you can add green chili sauce). Mix it very nicely. After 10-15 minutes, Add ketchup, and mix it properly and slowly so that noodles can't break. Serve it in a bowl and Enjoy.
