Steps

Open a document. Open the document, file, or web page that you'd like to save in PDF format.

Click on File. It's in the menu bar at the top-left of your screen.

Click on Print…. ...

Double-click on Microsoft Print To PDF.

Name the file. ...

Select a location in which to save the file.

Click on Save.
