Benefits of bathing at night- To stay well and sleep well, taking a bath before bedtime is very important. Bathing at least 90 minutes before bedtime will cool down the body temperature and also you will get deep sleep. Taking a shower, lowers the level of stress hormone called 'Cortisol' and improves mental health.
