Our body parts work as the receptors so when our body get hurt or get any message then these are converted into electrical impulses by dendrite and passed through the axon to nerve ending and then it is converted into chemical impulses and then again converted into electrical impulses by the dendrite of another neuron and by and by it reaches to the spinal cord
