LCM of 3 and 7 is 21.
Now, 7/3×7/7 & 13/7×3/3
49/21 & 91/21
49/21×5/5 & 91/21×5/5 ______(you can even multiply with 10)
245/105 & 455/105
Hence, 4 rational numbers are :
246/105,247/105,248/105,249/105
