Write four main reasons as to why, despite having an abundance of minerals and natural resources, Pakistan has been unable to realize its potential and has not been able to succeed like other countries having similar resources.

Is it good for a country to be rich in natural resources? ... How could it be negative to have something valuable “for free”? Yet, the ... perform badly despite their immense natural wealth ”.

There are many countries who don't use their resources as these countries are poor and they doesn't have much technology to realize its potential.
