put x = 0 y = 0+7 = 7

put x = 1, 2*1 + y = 7 => y = 5

put x = 2, 2*2 + y = 7 => y = 7 - 4 = 3

put x = 3, 3*2 + y = 7 => y = 7 - 6 = 1

therefore four solutions are,

x=0 , y =7

x = 1, y = 5

x = 2 , y = 3

x = 3, y = 1
