The four ways in which pulses can help to improve our daily meals are:  

1. At first in the morning, we can drink some water in empty stomach. It’s makes the stomach acidity free. And water is necessary for our daily life.  

Then we can take in some milk and Corn-flecks. If allergic to milk, we can ignore it. Then, we can also drink milk with some Horlicks. This gives us energy. Milk gives us vitamin D which we need for our bones mainly.  

2. Then in meals, we take some rice which gives us carbohydrates, and vegetables which give us vitamins and proteins. We can even consume fish or egg or meat; anything which also provides vitamins, fats, proteins, etc.  

We can also have roti in the place of rice which also gives us carbohydrates. And at last, take some curd. It helps in providing coolness to our stomach.

3. After lunch, we can take some fruits as per our choice. Fruits give minerals, proteins, and vitamins. In the evening, we can eat some corn which gives us some carbohydrates. Don’t take oily food.  

4. In dinner, make sure that you consume only less food. Roti made of pulses is the best choice. And make it a habit to have your dinner as early as possible.
