Full form of ATP is *Adenosine* *Triphosphate*. Functions of mitochondria are :
1) Mitochondria are basically the power house of cell.
2) They produce energy as ATP through respiration. It also regulates metabolism.
3)The set of reactions involved in the production of ATP are collectively known as kreb's cycle.
