DNA is located in the nucleus .

DNA is the information or the coding of how everything in your body should be built or functioned. They are passed down from the parent(s) to child to perpetuate life and the existence of their species. In mitosis, the DNA is split in half to make two complete copies of itself. And the two copies will in turn do the same.
