1) Ovary
There are 2 ovaries in human female.Every month either of the 2 ovaries produce one egg (or ovum) upon maturation. This ovum is female gamete that takes part in fertilization or reproduction.
2) Oviduct
The oviduct or the fallopian tube is the place where the ovum stays for fertilization.This is the site where fertilization takes place and the zygote forms.
3) Uterus
The uterus becomes rich in blood to receive the fertilized egg.Here, the zygote develops into embryo then to fetus for 9 months.The uterus provides all kinds of requirements needed by fetus.
