Answer:

Gulliver lands in Lilliput more than once, each time following a shipwreck during the course of his voyage. He is unconscious when he reaches the shores of Lilliput. When he comes to, he finds that the Lilliputians have bound him by many threads so that he could not even move. The natives of the land were also very offensive towards him as they were quite defensive towards their kingdom.

He is also poked at various points by the little men with arrows that have a lot of sting on them. To add to this, the Lilliputians had pierced two holes on his hat and fastened two hooks through them that were in turn fixed to a harness. Gulliver understood that his hat had been dragged along for quite a distance, but luckily, it was not damaged.
