Moreover, the unitary system lead to the conflicts between central and religion level and instability will be common.

In federalism there is a central government which is above a number of smaller local governments. A federal form of government allows the local government to look after the needs of each area in a better way as it has a better understanding of the issues involved. There is a separation of power and there are checks and balances to see that the power is not misused. People feel more involved in the decisions and daily work of their government.
