Right to equality tries to do away the discrimination . It provides for equal access to public places like shops , places of entertainment , places of worship. It says that there cannot be any discrimination in the access on the grounds only of religion ,race ,caste  or place of birth.it also prohibits the practice of untouchability. It gives equal opportunity to all the sections of the society.
