The animals like cows ensure that the supply of milk is never compromised. The harmful animals can be snakes. However, they strike back only if their safety is compromised.

The increasing number of Plants that too with a high yielding quality and quantity it is boasting of specific nutrients have been a staple diet since our ancestry has started. Many of our Ancestors had strong jaws and teeth which are powerful enough to provide the need to remove a plant or a bulb out of its roots and subsequently eat it.
Modern Day has supposed to be preparing processed foods for plants to provide newer hybrids with more essentially reliable crops. The plants can be useful for the production of food in food industry, Yielding more Dietary Fibres as they help prevent constipation, They are good at Yielding timber and many wood products are really taken from here, some plants have medicinal values including the ability to remove certain symptoms and be Humanity's Friend, they can be used in Jewelry or in ornamental products for weddings, special occasions, etc. More importantly Plants can easily get used to increase the total oxygen percentage! , this is where the life started, and even further reducing the carbon footprint by absorbing carbon dioxide and emitting or releasing oxygen!!. They are also used in preparing some spices and edible oils for soothing aroma and boosting the nutritive quantity of the foodstuffs which are essential in providing fats to our bodies and also used to create soaps.
So Overall the Plants are not only useful but also are the best friends forever of Humanity itself , as they are the only source by which we have advanced so far.

Animals are equally useful as to provide some benefits for Humankind. The animals are constantly being domesticated for wide variety of purposes. Animals like Sheep, Cow, Buffalo, Pig, Goat, and all other cattle were raised, fed, nurtured by the human and eventually killed it for the providence of, meat, cheese, many forms of milk, curd, animal skin , and what not to keep our Ancestors alive and in well shape.Animals are used for many purposes, like,, they are used in the format of Animal Husbandry which is the only aspect for rearing ad nurturing our animals for Humane purposes. Animal Husbandry is done for increasing the population through the introduction of Breeding through various methods and sometimes to improve the Yielding and the quality of the animal by a unique method called as Selective Breeding which are animals with some desired traits and characters to aid Humankind and meet its essential requirements. The other are some factors to maintain the continuity of Animal Husbandry, there are four of them (one being Breeding) ; Feeding (proper nutrition to keep the cattle in top quality and maintaining its diet) , Weeding (killing of the undesirable animals which are disease prone or are a nuisance to other animals) and Heeding (management control and total care of cattle by regularly cleaning the animals and sheds and keeping them away from Humankind, Cleaning water and replacing trough and cleaning it, food is to be provided properly and consistently, etc...). Some of the Animals have proved to give ornaments through Pearls (found in the Shell of oyster) and Ivory (found in elephants tusks , it's cruel to do that so I am against with this unholy method).
Overall,, the Animals are also a Human's friend as they can be used as companions too for assisting a Human throughout the entire life. So animals are equally important and should have their population maintained to avoid Extinction and should also be controlled at the same time.

Now speaking about animals and plants they are harmful too. For animals there are many pests destroying the crops and affecting the yield of the farmers, spreading virulent infectious diseases to other species of plants and animals, Poisonous animals like Dart frogs, many species of toads, snakes with poison darts and venomous snakes too, Aggressive animals like Alligators, Crocodiles, etc. Most of them attack only when provoked or harmed or if their health is compromised or put in line, some of them attack even when they are safe or showing no threat (by Humans). Same goes for plants,, there are many Poisonous plants which can kill Humans,, some of the poison (animals too) can be used for medicinal purpose but overdose might kill (both of them) the Humans. Humans are smart and have high cognitive thinking unlike some other animals so they can protect themselves anyways. Both of them have been used for making tools in ancestral periods and even in modern days.
