Write in detail about the dislocation and fractures among the bones and joint injuries

A dislocation is an injury to a joint in which the ends of your bones are forced from their normal positions whereas a fracture refers to a broken bone which  occurs when the physical force exerted on the bone is stronger than the bone itself. As a precaution, one must not massage the area or try to straighten the broken bone. One must not try to move without a support to the broken bone. The joints above and below the fracture should also not be moved.
