Before writing it in the rooster form, Let us find out what values can come,
Given that,
3x - 2 <_ 10 ( It means less than or equal to ),
Now add 2 on both sides,
=> 3x <_ 12, Divide 3 on both sides now !
=> x <_ 4 , So x can be any of the number , But the max value is 4,
As the question says x belongs to Natural numbers , The only possible values are 1,2,3,4 , That's it,
Now , We can write the rooster from, As we have all the possible values of x,
=> A = {1,2,3,4}
