A country cannot be completely democratic as there are many problems faced by the government to abolish inequality. This happens due to the old mindset of the people and also people's attitude changes very slowly. People usually discriminate people irrespective of their caste, religion,complexion and many more aspects. Our Government also cannot control on all the people cause our population is high. Although our Government has made several laws to uphold equality but this cannot be done without citizen's corporation.
