If a person is deaf, it doesn't mean that he/she can't feel music. Music can be felt also by deaf people if they are really interconnected with music by various ways. There is a case also about Evelyn Glennie. She is a deaf person but, she can listen to music by the vibrations around her waist and soon certain other notes in different parts of her body.

From that day on, she kept on practicing her singing and succeeded to become a great singer.
