the substance x is caco3 calcium carbonate .y is co2 . then the Milky ppt is caco3 and when the excess amount of co2 ia allowed to the lime water ,
ca(hco3 )2is from and substance z is ca( hco3)2
when z ie ca(hco3)2 is heated this gives again the Milky colour .
