Sir,

With utmost respect and honour, I beg to inform you that yesterday I went to a book shop at CHANDNI CHOWK near the police station to buy some books.I placed my bi-cycle just outside the book shop. On my return I was surprised to see that the bi-cycle was not there though it was locked properly. I searched every nook and corner but I was in vain. It was a ‘Hero' bi-cycle.

I shall be highly obliged and thankful if you kindly take steps to find out my bi-cycle before it is sold to anyone.
