I recieved your letter and was pleased to know that everything is well at home. I am also fine here. My studies are going well.
Our school is conducting a tour to Chilika during this Christmas which is noted for it's picturesque beauty. we have learnt from our book that Chilika is considered to be the largest lagoon in India and counted amongst the largest lagoons in the world. Besides this we have also decided to visit Kalijai Island, Honeymoon Island, Birds Island, Nalabana (Island of Reeds), Parikud Island which are some of the important and interesting spots inside the lake.
I want to get your permission for the trip with my class fellows. It would be a great learning experience. Convey my regards to mom.

Dear Papa,
I hope you and mom is fine. Iam missing you so much here. And the thing is that I am so happy and excited that Our school is organising Summer camp in our school ground which is starting from this coming Saturday i.e., on 17th of Feb. And the camp fees is 1500/- So, I want your permission for joining summer camp. Lastly I am alright. I will wait for your letter.
