The melting point of ice is 100° C. And in Kelvin scale, it is: t + 273.15 K (where t = temperature in centigrade) = 100 + 273.15 K = 373.15 K.
More: SI unit of temperature is Kelvin. Fahrenheit and Celsius are it's other units.
