Bio-genesis is the creation of new living organisms, by living organisms. It is basically the biological process of reproduction or procreation, among living organisms.
Chemo-genesis is creation of a new element, by causing reaction between two separate elements. It is a process which is commonly used in chemical laboratories and industries. Chemo-genesis happens in nature between different elements which may react due to climatic or atmospheric variations.
Biogenesis is nothing but the production of new living organisms.
