Following precautions are needed while reading a laboratory thermometer: (i) The thermometer should be kept upright not tilted. (ii) Bulb should be surrounded from all sides by the substance of which the temperature is to be measured. (iii) The bulb should not touch the surface of the container.

3.The bulb should not touch the surface of the container.

4.Read the temperature of the object when the thermometer is in the substance.

5. Do not move the thermometer while measuring the thermometer of the substance.

6. Keep your hand steadily.

7.Do Not Use Laboratory.
