Radioactivity was the focus of Chadwick's own research. Rutherford had discovered the proton in 1919, a particle positively charged within the nucleus of the atom. He called it a neutron and imagined it as an electron and a paired proton.

Answer:

Dear mate the answer is :

ELECTRON : The negatively charged particles. Electron was discovered by J. J. Thomson in 1897 when he was studying the properties of cathode ray.

PROTON : The positively charged particles. Proton was discovered by

E. Goldstein in 1886 when he was studying that atoms are charged neutral. In 1909, Rutherford also discovered protons.

NEUTRON : The positively charged particles. Neutron was discovered by James Chadwick in 1932 when he studied that core of uncharged particle contain nucleus.
