Strees is the worst enemy of people in this 21st century. Stress can be very dangerous for every person at any age.

Teenagers have mote stress as compred to people at any other age as they have lot of peer pressure,studies stress,interest of teenagers to be good at each and every feild, stress of career and future,etc.

But you can cop up with this stress by following steps:

1. you can do things in which you are intrested (your hobbies) to fill better.

2. you can go for a walk in nature

3. you can disscus and share your problem wirh parents or friends to feel light and stress out.

4. you can listen music if u want and try to keep yourself away from the tging which is making you feel strees.

5. last but the least try to be happy at small things and keep yoyrself motivated every time.
