If there has been no existence of solid, then there would not have any material of definite shape.

Hi friend,
If the solid state would not have existed, this world would have been a completely different place. The gas and the liquid state would have been the center of every invention and discovery. Nothing would have a definite shape, structure or stability. You can consider everything of the state of water, how would that be if everything was in that state. Mold able and unstable. Though high chances that the scientists would take out a way to make things work in the given scenarios.
