self defense means protect ourselves and especially this is very important for girls as you see in news and self defense i think it is very important to be in india and its programmes and coaching will regular show in cities,towns and etc.. and government will also open a self defense classes and karate class etc for how to fight and protect ourselves

Self defence is protecting ourselves when someone touches or try to attack us without our wish.Then self defence can be done by fighting or throwing powder which will let the attacker to stop himself or herself.Specially girls should be taught how to protect themselves as nowadays some boys are too eager to attack girls and nowadays we hear a lot about rape and all that type of practices.So girls should be taught Karate so that when they are in need they protect themselves.
