Principles of the scientific management was given by Frederick Taylor.
According to him there are six principles of scientific management.
They are 1.science, not thumb
2.cooperation not individualism
3.training development of workers and scientific selection.
4.no restricted output.
5.harmony.
6.equal division of responsibility between workers and management.
He always thought that workers and managers should cooperate with each other.
