Nature of Organizing....

Organization is a large group of persons united to achieve any task  Organization structure deals with the overall organizational arrangement in an enterprise.

According to Theo Haimann, an authority in management, “Organizing in the process of defining and grouping the activities the enterprise and establishing the authority relationships among them.

In performing the organizing function the manager defines, departmentalises and assigns activities so that it can be most effectively executed.

Organization is concerned with the building, developing and maintaining of a structure of working relationship in order to accomplish the objectives of the enterprise.

Organizing is process in which human efforts and resources are integrated or unified for achieving the specified objectives. It is second step of functions of management after planning.
