Explanation:
Principles of management are developed to direct and influence employee actions. These principles insist on enhancing the relationship between superiors, subordinates and all organization members. They also establish human-material relationships.
The nature is described as -
- Basic - Although the concepts of management have evolved through observation and research, in fact they are not complete. The list of principles is not complete, although the principles of management of Fayol are recognized as fundamental principles of management.
- Practical - The principles of management are practical in nature. In virtually every organisation, large or small, public or private, they can be implemented. They are founded on genuine human behavioral experiences and therefore apply in almost all organizational circumstances at all levels.
- Flexible - The principles of management are versatile in nature. Because they are more focused on experience than on scientific testing, they are versatile and not detailed. They can be changed depending on the situation.
