the fundamental rights are enshrined in part 3 of our constitution .they are justiciable .this means that if they are interfered with or violated ,a person can move a court of law for remedy .
the fundamental rights, however ,are not absolute .in case of any external aggression or internal threat the fundamental rights ,except right to life and liberty are suspended . thus, our constitution attempt to strike a balance between individual liberty and social control .
