REORGANISING THE CONSTITUENCIES

The constituencies are reorganized from time to time on the basis of population density of an area, as tabulated in the decennial census reports. Uttar Pradesh is the most densely populated state of India, and hence has the largest no. of seats to Lok sabha in the general election, each seat representing a constituency.

JOURNEY FROM THE BALLOT BOX TO EVM

The first election in independent India was started in 1951 1952 this was the beginning of shaping of democracy to electoral process. ln the initial election ballot boxes were used for the purpose of voting the use of EVM machine started from the decades of 1990s. Many things can be achieved because of voting machine if the voters do not want to vote any of the candidate they could choose of the option none of the above .
