jurisdiction of High court:-

• applet jurisdiction:- applied jurisdiction of High court means that the high court can accept appeals against the decision of district court and in civil cases and criminal cases.
• civil cases:- High court can see the cases on appeal the matter related to land revenue, income tax. Justice has been done by tribunal.
• criminal cases:- Against the judgement of sessional judge when the punishment imprisonment exceeds seven year.
• A sentence of death must be confirmed their advice is not binding on them.
