Tissue culture is the modern method of growing new plants. It is the result of globalisation tht the foreign ideas have been introduced and improvised version of agriculture us done. It is a part of genetic engineering.
Teak clones are generally grown by this method.

Sterilization are of three types.:- 1. steam sterilization - invented in 1880 2. ETO/EO - Use of ethanol oxide is done 3. heat sterilization
