Birsha movement was started in 1831 with the help of mundas and kolarian group. In 1895 Birsha munda emerged as the hero of the Birsha movement revolt. He told the tribals not to obey rules and regulation of the company so he was jailed for two years. But after his released once again. Birsha movement started but finally it was ended in 1900 with the death of Birsha munda.
