India is a country in Asia. It is at the center of South Asia. India has more than 1.2 billion (1,210,000,000) people, which is the second largest population in the world. It is the seventh largest country in the world by area and the largest country in South Asia. It is also the most populous democracy in the world.While the world was celebrating new year our women in Bengaluru faced mass molestation. How shameful is it? How cheap can this get? Isn’t it the time we should stand against it?

About the incident, this happened on 31st Dec, 2016 at around 11 p.m, on the 2 main streets of Bengaluru, MG road and Brigade road. There were 1500 police personals deployed, and these unruly men entered the streets on vehicles and by foot, groped women across ages, passed lewd remarks, apparently they outnumbered the policemen. For a while the police did remain mere spectators and once the situation escalated they lathi charged. The women ran to the police for help screaming as the reports say!
