Hey frnd

The word handicapped used to refer to a ‘person with a disability’. This is because the word handicap means ‘ obstacles, restrictions or barriers that makes the life difficult’.

Handicapped people are physically or mentally disabled people. A person with a disability is one who not able to do the major physical or mental function/s of life.

Hope this helps u

Hey Mate

Reaching any goal is success, so I'm not sure of the question. To a newborn infant, find there way to the breast to suckle is success, but to the college graduate, finding a high paying career in their field is success. If you want anything bad enough, no disability or situation can stand in your way. You are the only thing stopping yourself from success.

hope it helps you
