diwali is the nost significant and famous fetival of india.People celebrate it very enthusiastically to commemorate the returning of Lord Rama to his kingdom, Ayodhya after a long period of time of 14 years of exile after defeating the Ravana.

Diwali is one the most important festival of Hindus It is celebrated with great enthusiasm throughout the length and breadth of India.
diwali is festival of lights. on diwali we wake up early in the morning, take bath, wear new clothes, eat sweets, burst crackers.on diwali we pray and do puja of goddess laxmi. we light candles, diyas, lanterns in front of our house. we draw colourful rangoli in front of our house. at late evening we burst crackers. we enjoy a lot.Diwali festival is the festival of the whole country.
