When you repeat a table heading, it can be seen only in one of the two instances given below:
# The table is viewed in Print Layout view.
# The file containing the table is printed.
To set the repeat heading setting, you can follow some simple steps:
# Select the heading row to be repeated on each page.
# Click the Layout tab (in Word 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016).
# In the Data group under Table Tools, select the Repeat Header Rows.
# In the table, right-click on the row that you want to set as the header and select the Table Properties option.
# In the dialog box that opens, click the Row tab.
# Select the Repeat as header row at the top of each page check box.
