Answer:

A little Knowledge is a dangerous.

A Little Knowledge is a Dangerous Thing Story Knowledge is power. But the power lies in complete knowledge and practice. A little knowledge is rather a dangerous thing. This story will prove that.On a hot summer noon, some camel men stayed beneath a bunch of tree for some rest. They set their camel to graze. One of the camels entered the melon field and stated eating melons. By chance, a melon got jammed in the camel’s throat. The animal began to make noise. When the owner of the camel saw it, he understood the matter at once. He got a blanket and wrapped it on the neck of the camel and hit it hard with a wooden mallet. The melon broke and the camel swallowed it easily.

A man who happened to pass by them was watching all this process. He thought that the man had cured the goiter of the camel. He was happy to learn the treatment of the goiter. In next village, he introduced himself as a physician who could treat the goiter. The villagers presented an old woman for the treatment of goiter. Her throat was dangerously swollen. The man asked for a blanket and a mallet. The villagers provided the two things. He wrapped the blanket around the neck of the old woman and hit her hard with mallet on her neck. As the result of hard blow, the poor woman instantly expired. The villagers caught the quack and handed him over the police. He was sent to prison for his little knowledge.

Moral: A Little Knowledge is Dangerous Thing.

Action speak louder than words.

There are two types of people in the world – ones those who speak; and others who act. Raj belonged to the latter class. Raj was consumed with the passion to be a champion footballer; but his poor parents could not get him admitted in any football academy. The beauty of life lies in the fact that all great men and women were seldom from affluent families. The story of success begins with challenges. So did Raj’s story begin with obstacles and challenges.

In spite of being poor, Raj was a determined and strong guy. There was a power in him that always egged him on to do his best. He would stand on his roof-top and see the players practice maneuvers in the ground. Once a football came flying into his house from the academy; and fortunately no one came to claim it. Raj kept the football and in his small lawn, he would practice all the skills and moves he had seen the players in the academy practice. This went on for many months.

As a result of Raj’s passion, he learnt to control football with miraculous skills. People would often wonder at his dribbling, kicking, and other skills. Once he was dribbling with his football on the roof-top. He did not let the ball fall for many minutes. The coach in the academy was watching all the while. He got impressed with Raj’s skills. He called him and asked him to come to the academy ground. He said to him, ‘Will you play the practice match tomorrow?’

‘Of course , replied Raj, ‘I would love to.’

Raj scored a hat trick in the practice match leading to the win of his side. The coach got further impressed with him. He decided to include him in the team that was to play a crucial match against the most famous team of the city.

Raj also scored a hat trick in that match. The sponsors were attracted towards him; they hired him. Raj became a huge sensation. He became the number one player of his country. His actions spoke louder than the obstacles. Thus from scratch he inked his own success story.

Answer:

Actions speak louder than words

A poor, homeless, hungry and thirsty man goes to a rich man. He tells the rich man that he is hungry and has not eaten for three days. The rich man came out to see who is at his door. Seeing the poor man in tattered clothes, he gets angry. He yells at the poor man and scolded him for disturbing him. He called the hungry man a lazy man who is unwilling to work and earn a livelihood. He tells the hungry and thirsty man to go away somewhere else and find something to eat. He goes inside slamming the door shut.

The poor man slowly walks away thinking about what has happened in his life. He tells himself, "If not for this terminal cancer, I could find a job. I don't like to beg because it is humiliating. It's my unlucky fate that both my wife and son were killed in a road accident six months ago. Even with this cancer, my life was good when they were alive. I misses them so much."

The rich man did not help the poor man in any manner. He did not give the hungry man anything to eat or drink. He also sent him away without telling him where to find food. He didn't know the circumstances in the life of the hungry man.

Actions of people are more significant than what they say. The expression "Actions speak louder than words" teaches us it is better to do positive things rather than talking about them. It is only by our actual good works that can change the life of a person in a positive way and make the world a better place to live in.
