It is easy to suggest but difficult to follow.

Explanation:

Once my friend was going through hard times. He was having problems focusing on studies because he was scolded by his big brother. When I told him that he should talk to his brother after a day when he will not be angry anymore. He said to me that "it is easy to suggest but difficult to follow". I did not understand him at that time.

But after a few days, I had an argument with my brother and my brother stopped talking to me. At that time my friend gave me the same advice that I gave him but I replied that I am not wrong so I won't talk first, although it was not a big deal and if I would have started talking things would be better. But as my friend said, "it is easy to suggest but difficult to follow".

It is easy to suggest but difficult to follow.

▪It is normally human tendency to give suggestions regarding almost eveything we know. We suggest young children to be careful while playing, our colleagues to increase their efficiency and even cricketers to bat effectively sitting behind our TV screens.

▪But how good can we do these things if we were in their shoes is a questionable statement. What we think and suggest and what we're capable to actually do are two distant sights. It's always easier to tell someone to be careful while walking with a glass full of water steadily, but can we do the same? The answer is obvious, no.

▪Suggesting is very easy, but following is indeed difficult.
