The suitable conditions of concentration, temperature and pressure used during manufacture of ammonia in Habers process are :

1.The pressure should be mantained at around 200 atm for the best yield.

2.Temperature of around 680 to 700 Kelvin should be maintained for good yield.

3.A catalyst (iron oxide) is used for increasing the rate of the reaction.

Suitable conditions of concentration temperature and pressure during manufacture of ammonia by Haber process are:---

1)High pressure:- Usually a pressure of 200 atmospheres is applied.

2)Low temperature:- The working temperature is 450 to 500 degree celsius that is around 700 kelvin.

3)Catalyst:-The commonly used catalyst are finely divided iron with molybdenum as promoter or finely divided uranium or osmium .Iron oxide with small amount of K2O and Al2O3 .

4)Raw materials:-Nitrogen and hydrogen are chief raw materials used in Haber process . Nitrogen from air by liquefaction followed by fractional evaporation of liquid air and hydrogen can be obtained by electrolysis of water.
